Booking contract

A booking is confirmed when the deposit is received and a booking reference is issued. The contract is between the lead traveller and Roof of Asia on behalf of everyone named on the booking.

Prices

Prices are per person in US dollars and include everything listed under "What's included" on the trip page. We hold the price once the deposit is paid.

Changes by us

Itineraries can change for weather, road or permit reasons. Where a change is significant we tell you before departure and offer a comparable alternative.

Insurance

Travel insurance covering trekking to the trip's maximum altitude, medical evacuation by helicopter and cancellation is a condition of joining any departure.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
