What we collect

Name, contact details and, for booked travellers, passport details, date of birth, dietary needs and an emergency contact — the minimum needed to run a trip and arrange permits.

How it's stored

Passport numbers and medical notes are encrypted at rest. Payment card details never touch our servers; they are handled by Stripe or PayPal.

Who sees it

Our operations team, and the permit offices, airlines and lodges that legally require traveller details for your trip. We do not sell or share data for marketing.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct or delete what we hold. Marketing emails are opt-in and every one has an unsubscribe link.
